There will be some clarification of the minister of mental health duties due to the broadness, and it is better for sustainability to clarify their role, this does not change their role, simply clarifies it.

The principal duties of the ministery of mental health is to facilitate discussions and openness about how people feel and their mental health. They are encouraged to provide useful resources and encouragement to generally improve the mental health of the community. They can choose to engage in other legal mental health initiatives but are not obligated to.

All previous emergency power decisions remain law as expected.
