Article I: There must be questions on every election poll which ask whether a moderator of r/TeenGovernment should have their powers removed with two and only two available responses, those responses being “Yes” and “No”. Article II: There must be separate editions of these questions for each and every moderator. Article III: The questions may only differ in which moderator’s username they use, and they must differ in this aspect. Article IV: Once the poll is done, if over 2/3 of people vote for a moderator to have their powers removed, that moderator must have their powers removed once a replacement is found.

First of all, why? There are already moderator restrictions in the constitution. Secondly, this seems blatantly unconstitutional. Section V article IV states *"Admins are special moderators with all rights and all duties. They are the* ***one*** *promoting and demoting moderators and are the one banning members in case of rule violation."* This means that admins, and only admins, are able to promote and demote moderators.

OP
This act merely coerces admins to demote moderators.

It would mean nothing more than a suggestion, and if the admin wanted one, they would just hold an election themselves. This act, at best, is redundant, and at worst uncosntitutional.

We are not governing, we are merely enforcing.

You might somewhat misunderstand what mods are, they do not make or change policy, they only enforce policy. They are effectively law enforcement, not governing government.

And mods, just as police, do not need to be elected. We are already regulated by the courts.
