This seems very abusable by government entities

~~It is meant to be that way~~ No, why would it be? There is absolutely nothing wrong with this act, surely...

Definition iii means that the government could claim that anyone working against their party is working against the country.

No, no, no, no. This is a terrible idea. (ii) is already covered in the constitution (iii) is too vague whole thing is too strict 1.1, most people break some small laws in their TG Career 1.2 Vague 1.3 back to the definitions section for (ii) and (iii) 2.1 (see 1.1) 2.2 too strict 2.3 guarantees for bans are A TERRIBLE IDEA 2.4 the constitution guarantees unalienable rights. 3 and 3.1 are already written down

This is reminiscent of The Sedition Act of 1798. It failed then. Learn from history

what was that act like?
Intelligent-Tree-922  2026-03-13 02:38 UTC  ↑2
1. Allowed the arrest, imprisonment, and deportation of all deemed "dangerous" by federal authorities 2. Fines and imprisonment for any who would "Write, print, utter, or publish... Any false scandalous and malicious writing" against the government  Take note on the fact that "dangerous" and "scandalous and malicious" are not clearly defined and are easily taken advantage of. This is the main reason John Adams was not reelected
