Article 1: Any coalition which does not directly make clear it endorses candidates shall be considered a "Non electoral coalition", and if not made publicly clear before election season which begins the 20th they will not be allowed to endorse candidates.

Article 2: A "Non electoral coalition" is unaffected by any rules limiting coalition size.

What do you mean "endorses Candidates?" Do you mean like how UNICOL did internal primary election?

Like a party saying "hey we will endorse some candidates we don't just exist for legislation" whether by primary or leadership vote or something else if they say "This is a \[coalition name\] candidate" they are a electoral coalition.

Due to a glitch I can't see the voting GC, can I ask how the definition mainly made better to allow legislative coalitions and open the door to further restricting electoral ones was blocked?
