Though recent events shook me it brings me great solace to know that the people are behind me, though some doubts clouded my mind due to the calls by some for my removal it has become clear to me that I am not unloved by this community. I am grateful for all the support you give me and how much it keeps me going, I wouldn't have made it without the support from you all. Thank you.

Even though I’m still relatively new to r/TeenGovernment, I’ve already seen the kind of role you play here. Whenever I had questions about how things worked whether it was the constitution, bills or just understanding the system, you were one of the people who actually took the time to respond and help. That made it much easier for me to get involved instead of feeling lost. So while I may not have been here long, I can say that the support you’re getting is well-earned. Appreciate what you’ve done for newer members like me.

As a (relatively) new member, agreed!

Well, not *that* new, but started political activity quite recently. I try to use whatever power I have to speak up for the new electorate, since it's them I identify with most.

Nicee, Could I ask you a question, what powers does the speaker of the council have?? Are they the leader of the council?
