Normally, in an event like this, I'd probably make some extravagant poster with bright colors demanding that you vote for me. In a time like this, though, I think it's necessary that I go about this in a different way, a much calmer and reassuring way. That's why I'm making this post: because I'd like you to go into the comments with your questions and concerns going forward. I'll try to answer you to the best of my abilities.

Do you have any specific policies which you would like to advance in council?

Well, at the moment there isn't much I have planned besides trying my hardest to uphold the peace on the subreddit. I'm sure everybody wants to ensure we don't have another April 6th incident. I plan to advocate for peaceful assembly and constructive criticism among our members so that protest movements don't spiral out of control once again.

Will you give reasons for decisions on proposed bills/amendments? Do you think you can withstand the pressure to vote and think things through before voting?

Of course. I'll be sure to give my honest input on the bills before voting.

You have my vote then!

What are your basic political beliefs (Not left lib, left auth, right lib, right auth, or shit like that, js things you want politics to be like. Like what do you want the server to look like in your term) What will be your thought process with voting. Will you provide justification. Do you support anti power sentiments And will you communicate with the people of this community (like past js transparency, ex asking for criticism.)

I believe in the power of the people and the consent of the governed. The citizens have a right to elect who they want and a right to get *exactly what they voted for*. That's why I'll ensure my actions and statements reflect what is expected of me. I will listen to the people and do my utmost best to deliver on it. When voting, I will try to make decisions that reflect what I believe would be best for the general public. I will provide clear and concise reasoning and justification for my decisions. The citizens deserve to know what's going on in our heads when we make choices like these. I support checks and balances in government positions to make sure we don't accidentally breed abusive moderators and willfully ignorant congress/council members. The people deserve to be treated fairly and lawfully. I will do my best to try and ask for feedback on multiple occasions during my term. I deeply value the judgment of the public.
