Article 1: Definitions.

Aid/Work for: To aid the goals of an AGO, willingly, under no coercion or force, with the intent to assist in advocating for the collapse or overthrow of government, illegal seizure of power from any office, or illegal use of mod power via user action.

Participate: advocate for the violent collapse or overthrow of the government, illegal seizure of power from any office, illegal use of mod powers, knowing and intentional violation of sub laws or rules, or support efforts to do so.

Article 2: Definition of an Anti-Government Organization. An Anti-Government Organization (AGO) Is any out of SMP organization that advocates for the violent collapse or overthrow of the government, illegal seizure of power from any office, illegal use of mod powers, knowing and intentional violation of sub laws or rules, or supports efforts to do so.

Article 3: No person may participate, aid, or attempt to participate or aid an AGO.

Article 4: If anyone is aware of the existence of an AGO, they must disclose it to the ombudsman or a member of the judiciary via a public message. They also must disclose member lists, if possible\*

Article 5: A monetary fine, community service, or other punishment may be implemented for failure to comply with #4

Article 6:  Council may designate organizations as AGOs and designation of such will be exempt from the waiting period, however there must be reasonable suspicion that the article is within the confines of #2

Article 7: No AGO may knowingly or intentionally break the sub rules or the constitution

Article 8: AGOs if designated as such, and all organizations moderated by banned players must comply with sub laws, and must provide equal protection and participation under sub law and the constitution to all its members.
