There were various issues with the act, so it is now gone, a new one without the same issues will be worked on.

Uhh, was there any poll or check to see if people wanted this?

There was a lot of discussion

You can't veto the collusion act I think. The council is currently only 6 people. 4 voted aye on it. You can't veto anything that got a supermajority—which 4/6 quite literally is.

Excerpt from Section IV Article 2 of the constitution: `President veto is ignored for a case of a supermajority vote in the council`

Actually, that is legally a tie for if it is considered a supermajority under the tiebreaker amendment

No, it says `if Council reaches the exact two-thirds majority mark on legislation that requires a supermajority, such as an amendment, the Vice President may decide whether the legislation reaches the supermajority or just a simple majority, failing the legislation.`. So it only isn't a supermajority if the vice president decides so. Basically it's currently undecided if it can be vetoed rn.

Well, just as legislation isn't passed at the tie mark until the VP votes this isn't a supermajority unless the VP wills it.

Fair IG, though did you ever actually veto the motion to mark arc's server as an AGO? You specified acts in the title and I'd have to look at the actual definition of act but I don't know if that itself is considered under that wording. Or if you can even reject council motions that aren't legislation? I'd have to look into it more to be sure.

Well a later amendment made it the word legislation apply to \*all\* voted in the case of the tiebreaker amendment. more unsure about being able to veto a motion will check some stuff as well.

Our laws are a mess. I really need to put together a super-emposed version of the constitution with all the amendments applied.

That would be so fucking useful I'm tired of being the only one who goes "actually this amendment to this amendment solves the loophole in this amendment" 😭
