Article 1: Any registered citizen can be ombudsman, unless they already hold another high office. Article 2: the text that says "they shall not hold a high-ranking political office (President, Minister, Justice.) for the last *30* days" in the ombudsman act shall be repealed.\*\*

Wait wouldn’t article 1 and article 2 contradict each other? If Article 1 says that you can’t be ombudsman if you already hold a high office, and then Article 2 says that ombudsman is allowed to hold another position later in their term, that’d create a contradiction in the laws I think. Pls correct me if I’m wrong
